		<description>Maybe, but if you have less than $1000 you would benefit most by saving more money.  It&#039;s not worth the trouble of devising an asset allocation planned  if you&#039;ve only got a few hundred dollars to invest.</description>

		<description>What about the schwab fundamental index funds?  $100 minimums so you can have a diversified portfolio for much less 
than $1,000 and can rebalance for a min of $1.00, yes just one dollar. Can even get foreign exposure.</description>
