		<description>I saw that same report and almost wrote about the same thing.  As the dollar continues to sink, we will need to rebuild our manufacturing sector - but it will still be painful. We have a long way to go before our trade deficit returns to a positive number.  It will likely take years to reduce our $600 billion trade deficit - which is still increasing with China.</description>
