<description>Good article, especially about being very mindful of what you put on a resume. People expect only to have questions limited to the present job, and while that will be the focus, potential employers would like to know about your past skills—it gives them a broader idea of your as a person and of your long-term interests and goals. Be honest and when you have a talent, say so—not that you’re always popular at karaoke night, per se, but even talents like painting or drawing can help in advertising projects, who knows when that little bit of Spanish might come in handy? As far as resumes are concerned, accuracy and honesty are key.
