I recently totalled my car and learned that I can't use my Gap Insurance because I refi'd the loan with another financer. The Gap Insurance company GAP1 is telling me that I need to contact the Dealership that I bought the insurance to cancel and get a refund. The dealership has since went out of business in 2006.
