Four Haircuts For The Price Of Three At Great Clips This Month

The other day, I walked across the street to Great Clips to get my hair cut during lunch hour.  I don’t visit the barber shop very often because I tend to get it cut short and then just trim the sides and back myself for a month or two until it gets too long to manage on my own.  Then, I repeat the process.

Anyway, during my cut the barber told me of a deal they have going on right now where if you purchase a $50 gift card, today’s hair cut is free (men’s hair cuts are $14 each).  So essentially, you get 4 haircuts for the price of 3 (including today’s).  The gift card can be used at any Great Clips nationwide and is fully transferable between family members since you don’t have to show an ID or anything to use it.  You can get this deal throughout the month of May, 2009 and the gift card itself never expires, so you don’t have to worry about using it up by the end of the month.

If you have children, it’s easy to see the value of this deal because you probably spend $50 per month on haircuts anyway.  As for myself, I simply bought the gift card for myself to collect on that free hair cut.  It may take me 6 months or so to deplete the gift card, but it’s not like I don’t have to get my hair cut anyway.  For me, it’s a quick and easy $14.  Doesn’t get much better than that.
