		<description>Having a reputation for getting things done, and getting them done on time, is great. My boss knows that he can come to me to get any deadline-driven project due at noon the same day out the door without a problem.

On the other hand, don&#039;t be someone who no one relies on to get things done...you lose trust quickly and by failing to get important projects assigned to you, you&#039;ll fall into a self-perpetuating cycle of badness. :)
