The online interface is fantastic, the ability to make several sub-accounts is so easy, and great for keeping track of different things (I keep a sub-account for each of my 3 boys). I only question your point on them being stable... latest news I've read is that ING Direct (the US portion) is going to be divested (sold off) in the near future... and I'm not sure what effect that will have on their interest rates as well as website setup.
