All I&#039;d add is that if we&#039;re going to have such a heavy focus on empirical data (and I agree: we should), we need at least a rudimentary understanding of statistics as well.

Otherwise we&#039;re easily duped by claims such as, &quot;This guy &lt;i&gt;does&lt;/i&gt; know what he&#039;s doing, and there&#039;s data to prove it. He&#039;s beaten the market in 6 of the last 7 years.&quot;</description>
