		<description>Well, it certainly won&#039;t help the price of dividend stocks in the short term.  That said, according to the current banter rates will only be raised for the taxpayers in the highest tax brackets.  If that turns out to be true, it could actually boost the income of lower-income investors since dividend yields will probably have to go up slightly to compensate for the higher tax rates.

But that&#039;s just a guess.  I really have no idea what will happen.</description>
